Project Scope
The Project comprises Brownfield engineering of AHF tank farm to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility while ensuring constructability, maintainability, and optimized plant layout.
• Comprehensive Detail Engineering for Piping, Pipe Stress, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Civil & Structural disciplines.
• Intelligent 3D modelling covering the complete facility of AHF tank farm.
• Development and finalization of engineering deliverables for procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Major facilities include AHF tank farm with two number of double walls AHF storage tank of capacity 40KL, scrubbing system, tanker unloading area with pipe racks connecting to existing plant, E&I infrastructure.
• Engineering activities include piping routing, piping layout development, critical line stress analysis, structural and foundation engineering, utility integration, E&I engineering and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Intelligent 3D model utilized for equipment positioning, routing optimization, clash detection, constructability review, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Deliverables developed in compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, project specifications and company standards.
Key Highlights
Successfully executed multidisciplinary detail engineering covering: Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Civil & Structural engineering containing 141 No. of lines, 23 No. of equipment and plot area 4724 m2. AHF facility comprises two numbers of AHF storage tanks of capacity 40KL double wall tank along with tanker unloading area, scrubbing systems.
Developed intelligent 3D model: Clash-free interdisciplinary coordination, Optimized layout and routing and Improved constructability.
Performed detailed piping engineering including Piping layouts and isometric drawings, Material specifications and Pipe support design.
Executed civil & structural engineering for tank farm, pipe racks equipment foundation, platforms etc. with detailed structural modelling and extraction of fabrication drawings.
Prepared key engineering deliverables: 3D models and layouts, Piping isometrics, Structural drawings, calculations and MTO reports.
