This involves data collection, analysis, Design iterations and documentation to reduce the risk during implementation of the project and Improved project execution.

Engineering Disciplines

Process Engineering

Our Process Engineering team handles the heart of every plant design. Using PRO/II for process simulation, we develop optimized PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balance calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulic calculations, and line sizing. Our process engineers ensure every design decision is technically sound and economically optimized.

Mechanical Engineering (Static & Rotary)

Our Mechanical Engineering team specializes in the design of static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, storage tanks) and rotary equipment (gas compressors, pumps, blowers). Using PVElite for pressure vessel and heat exchanger design, we ensure compliance with ASME, API, and international codes.

Piping Engineering & Piping Stress analysis

Our Piping Engineering team delivers complete piping design along with piping stress analysis from plot plan, routing studies to isometric drawings, Using AVEVA E3D, SP3D and other 3D software for 3D modelling, we create clash-free piping layouts that optimize material usage, minimize pressure drops, and ensure constructability.

Civil & Structural Engineering

Our Civil & Structural team designs foundations, pipe racks, equipment supports, buildings, and underground networks. Using STAAD Pro and Tekla Structures, we deliver designs that meet seismic, wind, and load requirements while optimizing material quantities.

Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

Our E&I team provides complete electrical and instrumentation system design including single line diagrams, cable sizing, earthing, lighting, cable tray and trench layout and instrument hook-up drawings etc. We ensure compliance with hazardous area classification requirements for hydrocarbon and chemical facilities.
