Project Scope

The project comprises Basic Engineering for Piping Layout of Compressor package with Modular concept, Intelligent 3D modelling to optimize the layout and safe operation of the facility.

• Developed a comprehensive conceptual 3D model representing complete package equipment, piping systems, structural interfaces, and associated components in accordance with approved project engineering specifications and design standards. The project Comprises 3 no. of compressor skids along with knock out drum, coolers, lube oil stroke oil, seal oil console, cooling water console and associated piping.

• Performed detailed equipment layout reviews to evaluate accessibility, operability, maintainability, and spatial coordination while ensuring optimized arrangement for construction and future maintenance activities. The layout is conceptualized based on modular construction with 51 no. of modules.

• Generated conceptual piping routing within the 3D environment to establish practical flow paths, minimize spatial conflicts, and support efficient package integration requirements.

• Reviewed available P&IDs thoroughly to identify process lines, utility connections, piping specifications, and engineering data required for preliminary piping system development activities.

• Prepared a preliminary line list derived from approved P&IDs capturing line sizes, piping classes, service descriptions, insulation requirements, and applicable engineering specifications.

• Incorporated piping class requirements into the conceptual engineering model to ensure consistency with project material specifications, pressure ratings, and process service conditions.

Accomplished full-scale intelligent 3D modelling of recip. Compressor facility to support safe, efficient, and constructible system design with 380 No. of lines, 70 No. of Equipment.
