Project Scope

The Project comprises Brownfield engineering of Piping systems with intelligent 3D modelling for various process systems of H2N Hydrogenation Plant along with dedicated utilities to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility while ensuring constructability, maintainability, and optimized plant layout.

Development and finalization of engineering deliverables for procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.

Intelligent 3D modelling covering the complete process units and dedicated utilities.

Major facilities include H2N Hydrogenation plant along with dedicated utilities and interconnecting Piperack.

Performed pipe stress analysis considering Thermal expansion and sustained loads, Operating conditions and flexibility requirements.

Engineering activities include piping routing, piping layout development, critical line stress analysis, utility integration and multidisciplinary coordination.

Intelligent 3D model utilized for equipment positioning, routing optimization, clash detection, constructability review, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Engineering execution focused on safe operation, optimized plant layout, maintainability, accessibility, structural integrity, and efficient project execution

Deliverables developed in compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.

Engineered process facility H2N Hydrogenation plant G+4 with height 32 m. and Footprint area 16 m × 16 m.
