Project Scope
The project comprises of Brownfield engineering of Piping, Piping Stress analysis & Structural mounded bullet storage systems, hydrocarbon transfer network, pumping systems, tanker loading gantry facilities and critical piping infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable terminal operations.
The project scope includes detailed engineering of piping, stress analysis and civil structural engineering LPG mounded bullet & Transfer facility.
Intelligent 3D modelling complete facility including Electrical & Instrumentation systems, fire protection infrastructure, and civil & structural engineering works.
The terminal infrastructure consists of two LPG storage bullets integrated with Road Tanker loading and unloading facilities, pumping systems with operational sheds, TLF gantry systems, utility networks, and associated Control & Administration buildings. Engineering activities are executed to ensure smooth product transfer operations, operational accessibility, safety segregation, and optimized utilization of available terminal space.
The piping engineering scope includes intelligent 3D plant modelling, piping routing development, piping layout preparation, isometric extraction, support detailing, and stress analysis of critical piping systems subjected to thermal movement, pressure loading, and operational conditions. The engineering approach emphasizes piping flexibility, equipment protection, accessibility for maintenance, and safe integration within the terminal environment.
The civil & structural scope includes development of foundations for pipe racks, pipe tracks, structural design for pipe racks, sleepers, platforms and pipe supports. All engineering deliverables are developed through coordinated multidisciplinary execution to achieve construction efficiency, structural durability, operational safety, maintainability, and seamless commissioning throughout the project lifecycle.
