Project Scope

The Greenfield project comprises engineering of Piping systems, intelligent 3D modelling, and critical Piping flexibility analysis to create technically robust and operationally reliable plant systems.

The project scope comprises the Vacuum ejector system for piping detail engineering, intelligent 3D modelling, and stress analysis of critical piping systems developed based on approved P&IDs, plant layouts, and project design specifications. The engineering execution is focused on establishing reliable, maintainable, and operationally efficient piping networks integrated within the overall plant configuration.

Vacuum distillation unit of Panipat Refinery capacity expansion project. Package includes Ejector, Shell & tube condensed, LRVP, interconnecting piping, Instrumentation & control.

Engineering activities include detailed piping routing, intelligent 3D model development, piping layout preparation, isometric generation, support detailing, and stress evaluation of critical process lines subjected to thermal expansion, operating loads, and sustained loading along with wind and Seismic load conditions. Particular attention is given to piping flexibility, nozzle load management, support arrangement optimization, and routing continuity across interconnected systems.

The 3D modelling process enables accurate spatial coordination between piping, equipment, structures, and utility systems while supporting clash identification, accessibility verification, and constructability assessment during the engineering phase. Engineering deliverables are developed to facilitate smooth fabrication, erection, and installation activities at site.

The scope also includes preparation of material take-off (MTO) and coordinated engineering documentation in line with project specifications and applicable engineering standards. The overall engineering execution supports safe plant operation, efficient project implementation, and long-term mechanical reliability throughout the facility lifecycle.
